Kobala take–off is located 4km E from Tolmin and is one of the most well known and popular take-off points in Slovenia. Due to its location it is possible to make long flights on the outskirts of the Julian Alps. Because of the great conditions many national competitions are hold here
The take-off area is grassy and wide and allows many paragliders to prepare to take off at the same time.
